Teaching Personnel is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for flexible, full-time supply roles across Taunton and the surrounding Somerset area. You will gain hands-on classroom experience across multiple schools with ongoing support from your dedicated local consultant to help you develop confidence and find the right environment.

We welcome newly qualified teachers who are passionate about working with children, adaptable, reliable and committed to safeguarding.

Teaching Personnel are looking to work with enthusiastic and motivated ECTs who are ready to take their first steps into the classroom. Working with Teaching Personnel gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your teaching skills and build your professional network, while having the support of a dedicated local consultant.

As an ECT working with Teaching Personnel, you could have the opportunity to work across a range of primary schools in Taunton and the surrounding Somerset area.
