We’re working with a leading luxury lifestyle brand to find an experienced and technically brilliant Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of their Shopify site.

This is a highly technical ecommerce role – ideal for someone who knows Shopify and Shopify Plus inside and out and has a track record of using data and functionality to optimise site performance and drive online sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day trading and performance of the ecommerce site
• Lead on Shopify platform management – including integrations, custom functionality, and backend optimisation
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase conversion, AOV, and customer retention
• Collaborate with development, marketing, content, and design teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and launches
• Use data to drive decisions and implement CRO strategies across all stages of the customer journey

Who we’re looking for:

• Deep technical expertise with Shopify and Shopify Plus – this is non-negotiable
• Proven experience in ecommerce trading, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
• Strong analytical mindset – confident using GA4, Klaviyo, Hotjar, or similar
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
• Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail and UX
