Job summary

Boots is seeking an eCommerce Trading Lead for Everyday Beauty Hair in Nottingham (Beeston) to drive day-to-day trading, revenue and profitability on Boots.com. This 12-month FTC role offers the chance to lead online trade plans, launches and performance marketing initiatives in a fast-paced beauty market.

You will partner across teams, leverage data insights to improve acquisition and conversion, and ensure compliant, customer‑focused trading while delivering on KPIs.

Qualifications

Experience in a commercial role, ideally within eCommerce or retail trading.
Strong understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset and willingness to take calculated risks.
Adaptability and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Drive the day-to-day trading of our Haircare category on Boots.com, contributing to revenue and profit growth.
Be the digital expert, using insights to enhance customer acquisition and conversion.
Manage product launches and develop online trade plans that resonate with our customers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our category is well-supported.
Ensure legal and safe trading practices while delivering on KPIs.
