Job summary
Boots is seeking an Assistant E-Commerce Manager for Premium Beauty in Nottingham. You will be responsible for the day-to-day trading of the Premium Beauty category on Boots.com, driving revenue, profit, and market share while acting as the category’s digital expert.
You will deliver new launches and online trade plans, work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliant, high‑quality online trade execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial role, ideally in eCommerce or retail trading/buying.
- Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing, using data/insight to drive performance.
- Able to take initiative, push boundaries and take calculated risks to gain advantage.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day trading of the Premium Beauty category on Boots.com to drive revenue, profit, and market share.
- Be the digital expert for your category with insight into drivers of conversion and customer acquisition.
- Deliver launches, sales plans, online trade plans and own the digital plan for your brands.
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure category support.
- Support development initiatives and process improvements for ecommerce trading and customer needs.
- Ensure legal and safe trade of own categories online and delivery of KPIs.
