Job summary

Bond Williams is recruiting an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager for a growing ecommerce business. You will take ownership of day-to-day online trading and commercial performance, focusing on pricing, promotions, merchandising and CRO to drive sales and profitability.

You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing and other teams, using data and customer insight to identify opportunities and optimise the online customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce trading or online retail.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising and commercial trading.
• Proven ability to manage pricing, promotions, sales and margin.
• Good grasp of CRO, conversion and online customer journey.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with comfort using ecommerce data.
• Collaborative across Finance, Marketing and wider teams.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce sales, revenue, margin, and profit performance.
• Plan and manage the ecommerce trading calendar, pricing, promotions and offers.
• Manage onsite merchandising across products, categories, collections and landing pages.
• Optimise the customer journey, conversion rates and overall online experience.
• Analyse product, category, campaign and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Finance and Marketing on forecasting, budgets, campaigns and trading activity.
• Report on key ecommerce KPIs and make recommendations to senior management.
