We are a leading houseware brand with a global presence in over 100 countries, available in major retailers, independent stores, and our rapidly growing ecommerce channels.

We are seeking a talented Ecommerce Trading Executive, reporting directly to the Ecommerce Trading Manager. You will support our online stores, ensuring customers have an excellent experience. You will work closely with the ecommerce team to understand the customer journey and trading variations across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, driven team as we expand our direct-to-consumer channels.

What you will be doing:
  1. Ensure product information, stock levels, and pricing are accurate and updated, managing translations and localizations for different markets.
  2. Maintain attractive product displays onsite, considering user experience, SEO, and visual elements like imagery and videos.
  3. Collaborate with supply and demand planning teams to forecast stock needs, ensuring timely product launches and discontinuations.
  4. Use analytics to understand customer behavior and sales performance, optimizing onsite content and merchandising accordingly.
  5. Leverage data for upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations to enhance customer purchase value.
  6. Manage the setup of promotions, offers, and discount codes, ensuring correct pricing and visibility.
  7. Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and suggestions for trading improvements.
  8. Monitor market events and competitor activity, sharing insights and making trading recommendations.
What we need from you:
  1. Degree level education or equivalent.
  2. Experience with ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
  3. Understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising, onsite optimization, and reporting.
  4. Experience with website content translation/localization is a bonus.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
  6. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with strong organizational skills.
