About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing global multi-channel company in Devon. We are seeking a bright, commercially-minded, and digitally savvy individual to join our expanding eCommerce team.

We specialise in designing, developing, and supplying consumer products in the Sports, Leisure, and Toy markets. Our portfolio includes well-known brands such as Lay-Z-Spa, Bestway, Osprey, and Xootz. We distribute our own and licensed products to retailers across the UK and internationally, and we represent several global brands in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and promotions to optimize sales and profits.
• Conduct demand planning and stock forecasting, maintaining appropriate stock levels and taking necessary actions.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to ensure our brands and product ranges are competitive across websites and marketplaces.
• Serve as the key contact between eCommerce and buying departments.
• Perform regular competitor pricing audits and analyze seasonal trends.
• Maintain professional attendance, punctuality, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Pursue personal development relevant to the role.
• Perform additional tasks as required for the success of the role.

Person Specification

• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Analytical with a commercial mindset, capable of deriving insights and recommendations from data.
• Passionate about eCommerce, with some experience in a business environment, preferably with consumer products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with CMS is highly advantageous.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
