Job summary

Footasylum in Greater Manchester is hiring an Ecommerce Executive to support our online performance by updating content, aligning with brand stories and marketing messages, and collaborating with the Creative and Art teams to reduce friction in the customer journey.

You will monitor daily site performance, analyse results with Google Analytics/GA4, help merchandise categories, and work with UX and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Analytically minded with strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the website daily, coordinating with the creative team for content updates and site checks.
• Analyse performance with daily, weekly, and annual reporting.
• Ensure key categories are fully merchandised and optimised to drive sales.
• Perform site walks to identify issues – broken links, incorrect product descriptions, images.
• Collaborate with wider teams to approve products and marketing communications.
• Partner with UX, CRM, Affiliate and Social teams to smooth customer journeys.
