Stackline in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Operations to bridge brand strategy and operational excellence across multiple commerce channels. You will manage day-to-day back-end mechanics that let brands thrive, using Stackline’s data to advise clients.

The role focuses on supply chains, packaging, fulfillment, and profitability, with emphasis on new technologies and tools. This is a hybrid role in London (4 days in office).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or account management.
• 3+ years running e-commerce fulfilment programs (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
• 4+ years of Excel experience analyzing large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into strategic client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Catalog management to ensure accuracy and discoverability across platforms.
• Forecast demand using historical data and Stackline tools.
• Oversee end-to-end order generation and coordination with brands, retailers, carriers.
• Manage multi-channel fulfillment to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Align operations with promotional calendars and new product launches.
• Identify defects and resolve shipping or listing issues.
