Job Description:

Central Employment is partnering with a rapidly expanding online retail organization to recruit a proven and motivated eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager.

Profile:

The successful candidate will develop and execute online sales strategies, oversee website performance, manage inventory and product listings, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Set and track KPIs for the e-commerce website and campaigns.
• Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience (UX).
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey.
• Lead and motivate the e-commerce team, if applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT).
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field, ideally in retail and/or interiors.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
• Knowledge of web design and UX principles.
