Job summary

Numeris is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Executive to lead day-to-day campaigns across Meta, Google, and additional channels. You will own campaigns, test relentlessly, and optimise for profitable customer acquisition while collaborating with the Head of Trading to push the right products at the right time.

The role requires 1–2+ years of ecommerce paid media experience, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Shopping and PMax), GA4 tracking, and experience with Shopify product feeds.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years running paid media campaigns, ecommerce focus.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Shopping and Performance Max.
• Comfortable managing budgets and working to ROAS and CPA targets.
• Strong numeric skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Organised and proactive, able to juggle several campaigns.
• Experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging channels.
• Familiar with product feed management in Shopify.
• Experience briefing or creating ad creative, including short-form video.
• Google Ads or Meta certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and launch paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels.
• Monitor budgets and bids to hit ROAS and CAC targets.
• Keep product feeds accurate for Shopping/catalog ads.
• Run tests on creative, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Build and refine audiences including lookalikes and retargeting.
