Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in London is seeking an Estore Fulfilment Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely online order fulfilment from our UK fulfilment centre.

You will handle order processing, pick-pack and dispatch, inventory control and customer service, reporting to the UK Online Fulfilment Manager and Online Trading Manager. This on-site role runs Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, supporting high-volume trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from the e-commerce platform and prepare/label/pack per packaging standards.
• Dispatch orders within 2 business days and coordinate carrier pickup.
• Receive deliveries, reconcile with PO, manage stock and batch dates.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve order-related queries.
