Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Ecommerce Executive in Manchester to support the day-to-day trading of the online store and optimise the customer journey. You will handle product data, content, and merchandising across launches, campaigns, and BAU trading, ensuring accurate information and strong commercial focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an ecommerce role.
• Hands-on experience managing product listings, uploads and merchandising on Shopify.
• Proficient with large data sets and Excel for data management.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading of the website, including launches and campaigns.
• Merchandise products across pages to ensure visibility and clear navigation.
• Upload product data via CSV and coordinate checks pre/post-launch.
• Update on-site data: titles, descriptions, images and attributes.
• Conduct regular site checks for accuracy of pricing, imagery and content.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and report KPIs (conversion, revenue, CTR).
• Produce reports with insights and highlight wins and opportunities.
• Analyze user behaviour with heatmaps and funnels to identify friction points.
• Assist in implementing onsite improvements to enhance UX and conversion.
• Manage ecommerce apps and integrations.
