ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand seeking an Ecommerce Insights Analyst to derive actionable insights from data and drive business decisions. You will collaborate with Marketing and CRM to enhance the customer experience and optimize digital performance.

You will work with platforms like Shopify and Google Analytics to monitor campaigns, test changes, and report on KPIs such as conversion and checkout rates, helping ARNE grow its online presence and retail ambitions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in an insights role, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse digital data from eCommerce platforms and campaigns.
• Create regular and ad-hoc KPI reports (conversion, add-to-cart, bounce, etc).
• Assess on-site touchpoints (filters, nav, search) to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Marketing and Product to translate data into actions.
