Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant Manager to drive CT.com merchandising, stock visibility and trading execution, coordinating with Supply Chain, Product, Marketing and Technology to support launches and promotions.

You will own product placement, monitor stock, forecast promotions, produce performance reports, and help optimize on-site discovery and conversion while working in a hybrid setup. The role offers fast growth and impact on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Technically literate with ability to translate ecommerce needs into technical talks.
• Proficient in Excel and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and translating data into actions.
• Excellent communication and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day merchandising of CT.com, ensuring onsite visibility aligns with trading calendar and stock position.
• Maintain stock view: availability, back-in-stock, excess inventory and aging stock, with actions to mitigate impact.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product and ecommerce teams for launches, promotions and gifting.
• Translate stock opportunities into actionable merchandising decisions and visibility changes.
• Track merchandising actions and use results to improve future placement and customer experience.
• Support trading calendar execution, offer setups, tests and landing-page readiness.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting with insights and follow-ups.
• Monitor market activity and flag changes needing adjustments to the trading plan.
• Support forecasting, budgeting inputs and version-controlled planning tools.
• Analyse onsite performance to improve product discovery and CVR across pages.
