Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, focusing on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey.

The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative intuition and has practical experience managing eCommerce platforms. You should be comfortable using data to guide decisions, have a solid foundation in site merchandising, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will optimise the full eCommerce experience. Using platforms like Google Analytics, you will analyse user behaviour and KPIs to guide data-driven decisions. You will lead CRO initiatives through testing and iterative improvements, enhancing the customer journey across all eCommerce storefronts.

Key responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining on-site UX, and ensuring content relevance for international audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost organic traffic, improve SEO, and increase revenue from non-paid channels. You will also implement improvements to increase engagement, reduce bounce rates, and maximise conversions.
