Our client is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, focusing on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey.

The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative intuition, has practical experience managing eCommerce platforms, and is comfortable using data to guide decisions. They should have a solid foundation in site merchandising and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for optimising the eCommerce experience, analysing user behaviour with tools like Google Analytics, and tracking KPIs to inform decisions. The role involves leading CRO initiatives through testing, improving the customer journey, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase organic traffic, SEO performance, and revenue from non-paid channels. You will also implement improvements to boost engagement, reduce bounce rates, and maximise conversions.
