Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, focusing on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey.

The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative intuition and has experience managing eCommerce platforms. You should be comfortable using data to guide decisions, have a solid foundation in site merchandising, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will optimise the eCommerce experience, analysing user behaviour with tools like Google Analytics, and tracking KPIs to inform decisions. You will lead CRO initiatives, improve the customer journey, and work on campaigns to boost organic traffic, SEO, and revenue from non-paid channels. Your goal is to increase engagement, reduce bounce rates, and improve conversions across all storefronts.
