The Role

Reporting into the Head of Sales for eCommerce, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability for Amazon and Marketplace channels we can align to your career ambitions and experience level. The Customer Account Manager in our fast-growing eCommerce Business unit is a pivotal role in accelerating growth for some of the biggest household brands in the UK

  • You will be responsible for building consumer-led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth, for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark.
  • Through collaboration with your cross-functional team and maximising external agency partnerships, you will be developing activation plans to help unlock the category opportunities you have agreed with your customer.
  • You will use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives.
  • This is the ideal role for a National Account Manager looking for a new challenge, career progression opportunities at a top-tier FMCG company, or a high performing National Account Executive ready for the next step. This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about progressing their career within the commercial function. Enthusiasm for eCommerce and the broader digital space is a must where you will be part of a team responsible for driving ongoing digital transformation.

  • Strong customer focus, with ability to develop consumer-led joint strategies with Vendor Managers and AVS teams to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Proven experience of successfully forging and maintaining business relationships
  • Account management experience on Amazon 1P (first party) is desired. 3P (third party) marketplace experience would be a bonus.
  • Experience in working with eCommerce agencies and/or or managing paid search media campaigns also beneficial.
  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills with the ability to tailor commercial messaging to multiple levels in the KC and Customer hierarchy.
  • A self-starter – you are curious, solve problems independently, see opportunities and progress them with tenacity.
  • Strong commercial acumen - highly numerate, with strong analytical skills with ability to translate a variety of data into actionable insight.
  • Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills with ability to present recommendations in an influential manner.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience of sales forecasting and profit modelling for your own business and the retailer.
  • Enthusiasm for eCommerce and the broader digital space is a must where you will be part of a team responsible for driving ongoing digital transformation.
