Are you a tech-savvy, highly organised professional with a passion for online retail? Our client, a highly reputable wholesaler, is seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee the operation of third-party marketplace platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Product Listings: Oversee and maintain listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Wayfair.
  • Optimise Performance: Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability.
  • Promotional Support: Assist with promotional events and adhere to pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Analyse feedback and performance scores to enhance listings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform policies and performance metrics.
  • Expand Online Presence: Facilitate the onboarding of new marketplaces.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or marketplaces.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT systems related to e-commerce operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Flexible working hours and remote working opportunities.
