Job summary

Agora Talent in London is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the daily trading, merchandising and CRO for our Shopify store, turning traffic into revenue and optimizing AOV. This is a fast-growing DTC brand with EMI equity options and a hybrid London office.

You will analyze GA4 data with analysts, collaborate with brand teams on campaigns, and drive on-site tests, SEO and promotions. 2–3+ years in ecommerce required; base salary up to £50k plus benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years trading a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site (Shopify experience strongly preferred).
• A naturally commercial mindset centered around revenue metrics, CVR, and AOV growth.
• Hands-on CRO initiatives, running on-site tests, and analyzing GA4 data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily site trading rhythm on Shopify, spotting sales opportunities and keeping the storefront commercially sharp.
• Elevate product merchandising across key landing pages and grow AOV through cross-sell and upsell tactics.
• Own the end-to-end CRO testing program—identify friction, run tests, and optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with data analysts to translate Shopify and GA4 performance data into actionable insights.
• Partner with brand teams to bring campaign launches and promotions on-site.
• Brief UX/UI improvements to developers, align stock with operations, and oversee SEO and marketplace agencies.

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience trading a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site (Shopify experience strongly preferred).
• A naturally commercial mindset centered around revenue metrics, conversion rates (CVR), and AOV expansion.
• Hands‑on experience leading CRO initiatives, running on‑site tests, and analyzing GA4 user data.
