Job summary

Pure Nails is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead growth of our online sales channels from our Head Office in Gillingham, Kent. You will optimise the Shopify store, drive SEO and PPC performance, and support the nail training business with online course bookings.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on website development, content, merchandising and promotions, while monitoring traffic, conversions and revenue to identify growth opportunities across European markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopify websites.
• Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
• Experience managing and optimising Google PPC campaigns.
• Basic HTML and website coding knowledge (desirable).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce and sales data.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of ecommerce trends, customer behaviour, and online conversion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify ecommerce store.
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, traffic and customer engagement.
• Manage the ecommerce function for the nail training business.
• Manage product listings, content, merchandising and inventory.
• Work with the Marketing team to plan and deliver ecommerce campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Manage external suppliers and agencies supporting SEO and PPC activity.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic, sales, course bookings and customer behaviour.
• Provide ecommerce performance insights and recommendations for management meetings.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support the expansion of the ecommerce business into European markets.
• Identify and implement new ecommerce tools, systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver ecommerce projects and support wider business objectives.
