Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive growth across MGA retailer websites in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role leads marketing and product operations, focusing on online demand generation, customer experience and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have toy or entertainment category experience, strong project management, communication and analytics skills, and a track record with data-driven, multi-channel brands across retail e-commerce sites.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years experience in an ecommerce management role.
• Amazon platform experience.
• Strong analytics background and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience leading retail ecommerce site initiatives for Acquisition and Retention.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Planning, Sales and agency teams to drive ecomm channel growth for EMEA locales.
• Create a Best-in-Class Customer experience throughout the ecomm purchase journey.
• Manage Amazon platform across EMEA and develop the vision for the channel.
• Lead relationship with external agencies to execute the global brand store direction and annual refresh calendar.
• Optimize PDPs through titles, bullets, images, video, A+ content and hidden keywords.
• Oversee Retail Media, budget tracking and performance reporting to senior management.
