Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor to support online sales from the new National Distribution Centre in Wolverhampton. You will handle pre- and post-purchase enquiries via telephone and live chat, delivering a high-quality customer experience from order receipt to dispatch.

You will aim to maximise sales, meet targets, and utilise our messaging suite and IT systems to provide accurate product advice. A proven track record in telesales or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to use multiple workspace systems and data entry.
• Target driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfort with handling pre- and post-purchase enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Process orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle post-purchase issues like returns.
• Upsell and maximise sales opportunities.
