Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and deal with electronic queries alongside the sales team.
• Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders, requests or queries.
• Contribute to a positive team performance while achieving personal sales benchmarks.
• Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Develop knowledge of products through internal literature study.
• Utilise the E-learning portal to improve performance.
