Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Sales Advisor who can drive sales through strong customer relationships and proactive service. You will handle phone and online queries, promote promotions, and work with the team to meet personal and collective targets.

The role involves coordinating with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely deliveries and building product knowledge through learning portals. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing UK automotive aftermarket

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Target driven, able to handle rejection and stay focused on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and deal with electronic queries as part of the sales team.
• Fully satisfy customer needs regarding any part orders, requests or queries.
• Promote sales products and promotions to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Build product knowledge through internal literature and learn via the E-learning portal.
