Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support a busy branch and drive sales targets. You will cultivate customer relationships, handle calls and online queries, and promote product promotions while delivering excellent service.

In this role you will develop product knowledge, work with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely deliveries, and participate in training via our learning portal. This is a dynamic, salesperson-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service.
• Ability to perform under pressure and hit targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT literate and quick to learn.
• Knowledge of car parts is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and electronic queries, promoting products.
• Fully satisfy customer needs on orders, respects or queries.
• Contribute to a positive team performance and personal sales promotions.
• Liaise with Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
• Develop knowledge of products through internal literature.
• Use E-learning portal to improve performance.
