Job summary

P Louise in Stockport is seeking an proactive E-commerce Executive to support the daily running of our online store. You will upload content, schedule promotions, refresh product information, and work with the CRM and B&M teams to ensure accurate stock and campaigns.

You will monitor site performance with GA and Clarity, pull weekly reports, help merchandise products, and assist with campaigns. A genuine interest in e-commerce, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive mindset

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, TikTok, or similar).
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to update product and sales data.
• Analytical mindset – able to spot trends or issues in reports and flag them to the team.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
• Proactive attitude – you take ownership of your tasks and are happy to suggest improvements.
• Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Upload content, schedule promotions, and ensure timely activity across channels.
• Assist with website updates, including uploading products and checking pages for accuracy.
• Monitor website performance using GA and Clarity; report findings to the E-commerce Manager or team.
• Pull weekly or monthly reports on category and brand performance.
• Assist with product launches and merchandising to promote high-stock items.
• Flag site issues, broken links, or usability concerns to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to upload banners and promotional content.
• Ensure stock availability is reflected online and product information is accurate.
• Keep an eye on competitors and trends to inform trading decisions.
• General administrative support for the e-commerce team.
