Job summary

Sous Chef is seeking an Ecommerce Content & Merchandising Manager to ensure every product is beautifully presented, easy to discover and high performing online. You will combine a love of food with experience in ecommerce, SEO and data analysis, owning the catalogue from new launches to optimisation.

You'll work with our buying, marketing and ecommerce teams to create compelling content, thoughtful merchandising and commercial insight that drives sales and enhances the customer journey.

Qualifications

• At least two years' ecommerce experience with content and merchandising focus.
• Strong SEO knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using Shopify for product setup, collections and merchandising.
• Attention to detail; able to manage multiple launches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the online product catalogue and launches from concept to live.
• Improve presentation, metadata and internal linking for discoverability.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and ecommerce teams to drive sales.
• Turn analytics insights into practical merchandising improvements.
