Job summary

VOX Recruitment is helping a fast-growing UK retail brand recruit an eCommerce Assistant in Greater Manchester. You will support day-to-day management and growth of online sales channels by maintaining product listings, optimizing merchandising, and monitoring website performance.

Ideal candidates have a degree or are studying marketing-related subjects, strong Excel, good written and verbal communication, and experience with platforms like Magento or Shopify. SEO knowledge is a plus.

The Role

A fabulous opportunity for an eCommerce Assistant. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and growth of online sales channels by helping to maintain product listings, optimise website merchandising, support website performance and analyse trading data and contribute to digital growth initiatives.

Your Profile

You will ideally be degree educated or currently studying a relevant subject (Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar). You'll have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines and have an analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reports. Experience or knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or similar, and basic knowledge of SEO principles would be beneficial
