Job summary

Harnham is recruiting a Customer Analyst for Merseyside, with a hybrid pattern of three days in the office per week. You will partner with the Ecommerce team to understand customer behaviour, online performance and opportunities to optimise the digital journey.

This commercially focused analytics role requires turning business questions into analytical problems, delivering insights that drive customer and commercial performance, and developing automated BI and self‑service reporting for

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and modeling.
• Exposure to GA4 is highly desirable.
• Experience in ecommerce analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour and ecommerce performance.
• Understand customer journeys and online behaviour.
• Investigate changes in basket value and conversion.
• Identify underperforming products and categories.
• Analyse website funnels and customer journeys.
• Develop automated BI and self-service reporting.
