Job description

Micheldever Tyres is seeking a solutions-oriented HR Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist with a systematic approach to issue resolution to join our dynamic team. As an HRIS Specialist, you will play an integral role in maintaining the HR system infrastructure across the HR technology estate, enabling the business to carry out people and employee changes, and providing analytics for organizational decision-making.

The focus of this role is to manage and maintain the current HR systems landscape, support future enhancements and implementations, and work closely with the IT and BI teams to provide business data as defined by the Head of HRIS and the technology roadmap. The HRIS team is part of the wider HR team and is encouraged to work collaboratively.

About the Role

• Provide frontline support for system issues, troubleshooting, and acting as liaison between HRIS and stakeholders
• Manage business process administration escalations
• Participate in testing new system functionality and development
• Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training materials
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes
• Assess the impact of changes and collaborate with IT and third-party suppliers to resolve bugs
• Support report management, automation, and RBAC implementation with the BI team
• Analyze employee data trends and generate reports
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
