We are looking to grow our Theatre department and have an exciting opportunity for an Anaesthetic Team Leader to join us on our journey of growth.

Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, a leading provider of NHS and private patient services in England. The hospital features 58 beds, including 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow theatres, and an endoscopy theatre.

The role

As a key member of the Theatre Leadership team, you will be responsible for line managing specialist practitioners and supporting the Theatre Manager in developing team skills and experience.

  1. Supporting the Theatre Services Manager with key performance indicators.
  2. Enhancing patient experience of care and treatment.
  3. Ensuring departmental compliance with CQC standards of quality and safety.
