The UK’s leading architectural masonry design practice are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a CAD / BIM / Architectural Technician at our offices in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Working on some of the country’s most prestigious buildings in both the restoration and new build sectors, responsibilities will include:

On site dimensional surveying

On site 3D laser point cloud scanning

Developing detailed 3D models

BIM modelling

Preparation of architectural layout drawings

Production of component manufacture details

The successful candidate should be competent in 2D AutoCAD with experience in Revit.

Salary commensurate with experience.
