BestStart Kilmarnock Street is seeking an experienced and passionate centre manager to lead our diverse and vibrant team. Conveniently located near the CBD and Westfield Riccarton, our centre is a welcoming, multicultural environment where children’s cultures and identities are celebrated through a rich, child-led curriculum.
We believe learning should be fun, empowering, and driven by children’s interests, supported by our talented team of teachers. Strong relationships with tamariki and whānau are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About you:
You will hold a Level 7 ECE qualification and current Teacher Certification, with at least two years' experience as a centre manager. You will bring strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, ECE regulations, and a commitment to child-led learning and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Your leadership style will empower others and foster a culture of growth and excellence.
