The Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and lead a team of account managers within a respected UK healthcare professional body. This full-time, permanent role is crucial for executing the sales strategy, managing key relationships, and exceeding KPIs.

Your responsibilities include overseeing daily team performance, providing coaching and support, implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing publication programmes, maximizing promotional opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new revenue streams, and supporting your team in securing new business.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in publishing sales
  • Proven success in leading sales teams
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing new business
