We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT & Business Systems Technician to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day IT support, maintain, and optimise key business systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support system users, and help improve the tools that power our business operations. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to lead new IT projects to support our client's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff across the organisation
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile hardware, printers, and other devices
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security in Microsoft 365 and internal systems
• Support and maintain business-critical applications and cyber essentials (e.g., ERP & HR systems)
• Troubleshoot software and integration issues, escalating when necessary
• Work with users to gather feedback and improve system performance and usability
• Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software rollouts

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar IT support or systems role
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with business systems (ERP)
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
