Known for its refined aesthetic, modern wardrobe solutions and international appeal, this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand in high-growth mode and shape its global merchandising strategy across EMEA and the Americas.

This is a commercially critical role for a strategic thinker with an innate understanding of fashion products, market trends, and trading performance. Working cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams, you will champion in-season excellence, ensure inventory agility, and align commercial decision-making with creative intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Merchandising Strategy: Own and evolve trading plans across key international markets, driving performance with a regional lens.
  • Product Performance & Sales Optimisation: Monitor trends, analyse real-time data, and implement strategies that maximise margin and full-price sell-through.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee allocation, availability and stock flow across all sales channels to support commercial goals.
  • Insight-Led Planning: Use competitor insight, sales analytics, and customer behaviour to influence in-season and future buy strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Act as a key connector between product creation and commercial delivery, ensuring all departments are aligned with trading objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, pace, and commercial excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven background in senior merchandising or buying, ideally within premium or contemporary womenswear.
  • Strong international experience, particularly within EMEA and US markets.
  • Sharp commercial instincts, with a strong command of stock management, trading levers and seasonal planning.
  • Digital-first mindset, with experience across e-commerce and omnichannel environments.
  • Inspirational leadership skills and a collaborative, influential style.
  • Impeccable taste, and a deep understanding of the consumer behaviour and trends.
