We are seeking a Lead - Digital Site Merchandising EMEA to strategically shape the next phase of our rapidly growing EMEA Direct To Consumer (DTC) business. This role involves leading the optimisation and innovation of our onsite experience across all devices, to deliver a best-in-class user experience. Your Mission

- Customer-Centric Site Optimisation: Developing and executing a mid-to-long-term vision for the onsite customer experience is paramount. This requires a profound understanding of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and areas for enhancement.
- Technical & Analytical Excellence: A strong technical foundation is critical, encompassing a deep understanding of the various tools and systems within the Digital ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective collaboration is fundamental to success. This role necessitates building strong working relationships with teams including Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and global counterparts. Seamless alignment of efforts with broader campaigns, strategies, and initiatives is crucial.
- System Enhancements & Innovation: Driving continuous improvement of technical platforms involves managing the rollout and testing of new tools and features, ensuring their successful implementation and adoption. A strong understanding of CMS functionalities is essential.
- Performance & Process Improvement: A data-driven approach to performance management includes analyzing commercial performance, campaign effectiveness, and trading results. Based on insights, the individual will identify areas for process refinement and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Championing a data-led culture involves leveraging data from various sources to understand customer behavior across devices. Through testing, reporting, and generating actionable insights, the individual will drive continuous site evolution, developing and monitoring KPIs to track progress.
Your Story
- You have 5+ years of experience leading digital site merchandising and optimisation within a global organisation, with a strong understanding of data-driven merchandising and KPI ownership.
- You have demonstrated experience in web analytics, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Content Square for user behavior analysis and reporting.
- You possess a proactive, adaptable work style, capable of managing tasks independently, identifying opportunities, and navigating ambiguity, while remaining flexible to evolving priorities.
- You can perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at different levels, building rapport and managing expectations.
- You are highly organised, capable of prioritising a diverse workload, managing time efficiently, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- You have experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues, including technical ones, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
