Job description

We are seeking a Lead - Digital Site Merchandising EMEA to shape the future of our rapidly expanding EMEA Direct To Consumer (DTC) business. This role involves leading onsite experience optimization across all devices, utilizing digital merchandising strategies, compelling content, and strong leadership to enhance website performance and user experience. Effective communication with stakeholders and strategic application of digital tools are essential for comprehensive content and merchandising plans. This role offers the chance to translate insights into impactful growth initiatives.

Your Mission
  1. Leadership & Strategy Execution: Set strategic direction for Digital site merchandising within markets, align local initiatives with global strategy.
  2. Customer-Centric Site Optimization: Develop and execute a vision for onsite customer experience, focusing on key touchpoints.
  3. Technical & Analytical Excellence: Possess a strong technical foundation and understanding of digital tools and systems.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with teams like Technology, Marketing, and Global counterparts to ensure alignment.
  5. System Enhancements & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement of technical platforms, manage rollout and testing of new tools, leverage CMS functionalities.
  6. Performance & Process Improvement: Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, identify areas for process improvements, and implement changes.
  7. Data-Driven Optimization: Champion a data-led culture, leverage data for customer insights, conduct testing, reporting, and develop KPIs for ongoing improvement.
Your Story
  • 5+ years experience in digital site merchandising and optimization within a global organization, with strong KPI ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Content Square.
  • Proactive, adaptable, able to manage tasks independently, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Effective under pressure, managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Highly organized, capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Meticulous with a focus on quality and accuracy.
