Are you an experienced solicitor looking to develop your career in commercial property law? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a forward-thinking, nationally recognised firm offering fully remote and flexible working options. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to play a pivotal role within our Commercial Property team, managing a diverse portfolio for a wide variety of clients including businesses, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property developments
  • Advising clients on the sale and purchase of commercial premises, lease negotiations, and general property management issues
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, licences, and related legal documents
  • Conducting property due diligence, including title review, searches, and preparing detailed findings reports
  • Liaising directly with clients, opposing solicitors, agents, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure projects progress effectively
  • Handling commercial property financing, and supporting on planning and development transactions
  • Overseeing post-completion formalities such as registrations, SDLT submissions, and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring adherence to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance obligations
Essential Skills and Experience in Commercial Property Law
  • Qualified solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law
  • Sound knowledge of current commercial property legislation and practices
  • Ability to manage your own caseload independently and efficiently
  • Strong client focus and excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  • Collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently when required
