Norwich - Hybrid
Maternity cover contract for up to 12 months - 37 hours per week
£36,124 to £37,938 per annum
We are looking for a maternity cover HR Adviser with a passion for delivering high quality HR services to join the HR team here at Norfolk County Council.
The role will involve delivering everyday people solutions through subject matter expertise, including providing support and guidance to managers. We’re a busy team, with lots of different projects on the go, so you’ll also have the opportunity to be actively involved in project initiatives.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to be able to start in May 2025, have previously worked in an HR role with a proven track record and you’ll be comfortable using your knowledge to provide advice and guidance. In addition, you will:

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and office-based working. A physical presence in our Norwich office is required for a minimum of one day per week.
