Your job
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies in EMEA to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and align with our global sales enablement strategy.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify improvement areas and develop targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to improve sales productivity.
  • Provide training and support on the use of sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM systems.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on program performance and impact.
  • Lead change management efforts to promote adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies within the sales team.
Your skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related areas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Seismic, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Certification in sales training programs is a plus.
