Cover Supervisors are responsible for managing groups of approximately 30 students independently, delivering the set work to a high standard, and addressing students' questions regarding the tasks.

You will be expected to:

1. Provide cover for registration.
2. Deliver lessons with limited preparation time and occasionally at short notice, ensuring high standards.
3. Create a positive learning environment using the school's behaviour policies and standards.
4. Support students in building self-esteem through positive interactions, praise, and encouragement.
5. Assist with the development and implementation of SEN support plans.
