The Role:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be part of a small, agile team, ensuring the integration and functionality of complex, cloud-based systems. You should have extensive experience with complex integrations, problem solving, designing user journeys, creating test data, and working within cloud environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Support planning, design, and execution of functional testing, focusing on cloud-based services.
2. Communicate testing progress and results effectively to stakeholders.
3. Audit third-party testing to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
4. Analyze complex testing issues, including cross-system problems.
5. Develop detailed integration test plans for multi-system applications, including cloud platforms.
6. Conduct UI, API, and cloud service integration testing.
7. Collaborate with teams to create user journeys and test scenarios for cloud applications.
8. Manage test data and ensure data integrity across environments.
9. Create SIT readiness checklists and track bugs/issues to resolution.
10. Improve testing processes and incorporate best practices for cloud services.
11. Identify and manage risks in the SDLC.
12. Prepare reports summarizing testing activities and issues.
