Job Summary

Seeking a commercial leader with a General Manager skill set to assume the expanded role of Commercial Leader / General Manager of Hi-Line Industries within 12 months of start.

Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable growth, sales objectives (volume, net sales, gross margin), and market share through effective development and implementation of business strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Develop a high-performance sales team delivering effective market and geographic coverage by targeting distributors, direct end-users, and strategic key accounts in key vertical markets.
  • Identify new opportunities, commercialize new products, and develop sales into new applications.
  • Understand the market landscape, key competitors, and build market intelligence to retain and extend the customer portfolio.
  • Align all company disciplines to achieve objectives.
  • Deliver periodic corporate reports and assist in setting up annual and rolling budgets.
Basic Qualifications
  • Degree required, preferably in Engineering or Business-related disciplines.
  • Driving Licence.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Hybrid working within the UK and some international travel.

Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and/or Service/Sales Management (3-5 years).
  • Experience in developing distributor and/or direct end-user accounts.
  • Ability to build and lead a successful sales team.
  • Technical understanding of air products and their applications.

Core hours are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
