Job Summary

In your role within Business Development, in the CEO’s Office, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s strategic partnerships and growth by supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals excited about business development, prospect research, and arranging meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect Research: Understand the strategic priorities of executives and enterprises regarding AI adoption.
  2. Meeting Coordination & Scheduling: Arrange and manage meetings for the CEO and Chief of Staff with strategic clients, partners, and senior executives, ensuring schedules align with priorities.
  3. Relationship Management Support: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders through preparing agendas, follow-up communications, and tracking action items.
  4. Research & Preparation: Conduct research on prospective clients, partners, and industry trends to support meetings.
  5. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO Office and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
  6. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for executive meetings and events.
  7. Project Support: Assist with special projects related to business development and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • You are resilient, hardworking, and driven among your friends.
  • Passionate about business development and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with senior executives and clients.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
