We’re looking for a General Manager with presence, precision, and personality to lead one of the capital’s most exciting kitchens from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the floor - leading by example, shaping service culture, and setting the tone daily
• Build and drive a tight-knit team that lives and breathes hospitality
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the kitchen, pushing for consistency, creativity, and calm
• Keep the wheels turning - overseeing everything from P&L and rotas to guest lists and standards
• Be relentless about the details, the delivery, and the atmosphere

Who You Are:

• You’ve run the floor in fast-paced, high-standard restaurants - ideally with Michelin or top-50 pedigree
• You’re confident in your vision, sharp on your numbers, and don’t flinch under pressure
• You've built teams from scratch, helped open serious operations, and know what that kind of intensity looks like
• You get the rhythm of a buzzy, city-centre service and how to keep it under control
• You’re obsessed with creating experiences that feel effortless and know how much work that really takes
