Electrical Design Engineer (Building Consultancy) Bristol to £60,000 + Package

Talent Motion specializes in transitioning experienced M&E Design Engineers from traditional M&E design consultancy roles into client-side Building Consultancy positions.

You will be involved in designing across all RIBA stages 1-7, ranging from feasibility studies to full detailed design, working across various sectors within both private and public fields.

With a team of 20 M&E professionals, the business has traditionally focused on all aspects of M&E Surveying. Recently, they have expanded into M&E Design, Project Management, and Decarbonisation services.

As a global Building Consultancy, they differentiate from traditional design consultancies by having direct access to their own client base, eliminating the need for competitive tendering. This results in a less pressurised environment and provides the financial resources to recruit into the M&E team as needed, rather than expecting employees to work excessive hours.

This is essentially a client-side role, offering direct access to clients and acting as their representative within the client team. It provides unique insights into client priorities and the motivations behind commercial property ownership.

• Produce due diligence reports (acquisition, dilapidations, development)
