About the Role

The Technology Operations team provides first-line support for internal colleagues and external technology partners. Responsibilities include managing technical queries in a primarily Apple Mac environment, supporting critical infrastructure, and improving day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line technology support via Slack, email, and in person.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new employees.
• Manage asset inventory, procurement, repairs, and licensing.
• Provision hardware from returned stock and coordinate hardware collection for leavers.
• Perform daily checks on office equipment and conference rooms.

Requirements:

• Strong experience supporting Apple Mac environments (MacOS, Jamf) and Windows.
• Previous first-line support experience in a Mac environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing technical environment.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
